how to convert vbr format to VCD format?

VBR???? u mean real 's file? it's quite impossible, there are convertor but slow and make the quality worse. U can try screen-capturing the video. or use the software TINRA, which converts to avi. and there is one called EO-video i guess, do the same thing

i use EO-video that kingmanja teaches me ..
