本教主由15歲開始就因為媽咪既影嚮開始learn腳底按摸
初頭好痛and唔知得唔得﹐ 後哩自己有興趣 因為見到成績.
事實證明一切﹕
1)本教主Daddy 48歲開始甩頭髮﹐頭既頂部仲有明顯既光, 媽咪幫佢按摸穴位﹐一兩個月之後見到有毛毛生出哩。。。 好勁
2)本教主媽咪身材平庸。。。( sorry mami), 佢教我同我個妹喺發育時期按D穴位﹐ 而家雖然唔係話有波霸咁款但係都比普通人好好多。。。
3)另外有一次本教主既friend call 我話佢條女有呢度果度唔舒服﹐問點解。 咁我就教佢試下按下一D穴位﹐然後知到佢邊道有事。 叫佢快D睇醫生。  結過真係有事。。。
4)我以前男朋友腸胃唔好﹐去唔到大。。。我幫佢按D穴位半粒鐘, 佢即刻感到有料到, 唔使一個鐘走去得大喇。 以後佢 keep 住得閑按下。。。 從此之後就日日都好正常。
呢個係本門派深信不移既第一絕學---”腳底按摸“

and it's real truth
my stomach is not good and that area always hurt when I massage

you know what you can do with it?  
massage the pain spot like 10 to 15 mins per day...
before massage, 浸腳till your foot become soften and warm...
put some lotion on it.. and massage it lor...
you might feel kind of hurt at the beginning but after a few weeks.... you won't.. then it's the time your stomach becomes better and healthier.....

ps:  dont' massage if you are sick, pregnant, after meals with fulls stomach....
