that sounds very much like the symtoms of heart burn.
I have the same problem before. but after I change my diet to more easily digestable food, then the heart burn got better. and sometimes if i eat too much sweet stuff or things like hot dogs, the heart burn will come back. Then I have to take some anacids to relief the heartburn.
I personally recommend that you try to eat more vegitable, less meat and less oil. try to avoid onions and pepper, and don't drink orange juice late at night. you should also take some anacids when you feel the heartburn, makes you feel much better. |
