*#!&*點解越訓越冇精神?

訓左12個鐘,但係都好似冇乜精神咁,成身冇力∼
反而訓少d會冇咁∼支力∼
點解呀...

ANSWER: Actually, it is not the matter how long u sleep. It is how u sleep. Carbon dioxide (air that we breath out from lung) is heavier than oxygen. When we sleep, if the air circulation is not too good. the heavier carbon dioxide will sink and stay around your face. In this case, u breath in more carbon dioxide and less oxygen. Carbon dioxide will cause ppl feel sleepy, that's why even after u sleep more than 12 hrs u still feel sleepy. It is simply becuz u inhaled too much carbon dioxide. To avoid it, open more windows.

Agree. The more I sleep, the more tired I feel...
By the way, I can sleep 16 hours 訓完又訓 .....
