First, Coke's color addictive are not that strong. Bones are form during growth and the bones are deposit by osteroblast, the bone stem cell. Stem cells are never affected by external environment under normal condition. THEREFORE, there is no way a bone cell form in yellow. The chances are that guy has no liver, for under standard condition, a liver can efficiently excrete all the color pigment you ever consumer.
Second, the pH of coke, by carbonic acid, is only 3.4. It's nothing compare to Orange juice or Lemon Juice which has pH 1.3 something. And remember, pH is exponential value. Lemonade contains 1000x more acid then a regular coke.
Third, any carbonated drink can remove rust for they can drive the rusting reaction backwards because of the acid. Acid is a strong oxidizing agent and will reduce other material, such as the Iron Oxide, RUST. Coke is used because they also contain phosphoric acid in their ingredient, which is another mild acid.
Lastly, Coke alone can NEVER dissolve bone or tooth. Bone has calcisified layer while tooth has enamal, both can prevent acid dissolve the bone. However, we get bad tooth drinking tooth much coke because coke is sweet. That will allow the bacteria on your tooth to produre some even stronger acid that can dissolve the enamal. But the acid by coke can never do that.
