Take a look at the chart and think about what you eat in a day. Hopefully you are eating the right amount of each type of food.

this chart.... is not right... i am sorry to say that... no offense....
the bread and rice those carbonhydrate should eat the less in daily life....
this is how my nutrition said....
and i do have another chat... let me see....
i dont' have the chat with me but this rigth distribution is....
bread, grains starches &pasta---- 5%
monounsaturated fats--- 20%
low fat protein---35%
fruits and vegetables --- 40%
plus a lot of water....

umm....  this looks like a weight-loss diet to me.
With 35% of the diet as protein, whoever eating this will probably be very skinny and gets tired very easily.  Where are the carbohydrates?  only 5%?

definitely wrong. Your is kinda a Diet chart in some way. Not a regular Food pyrmaid. Consuming protein alone as primary energy source is not recommended in regular meal for everyone. And 40% fruit and vegetable is actually 40% carbohydrate in some way. that is, more or less same as bread. The emphasis is the fiber by fruit and vegetable.

aiya 教主, even the Prince of Biotech, matfz, said your diet is not right.
Where did you learn about this diet ar?
I know my chart is right becuz I was pre-med (bio-chem) major before ga. I hope you are not eating that diet becuz it doesn't look healthy ar.

Actually I just thought of something that might fit your chart - Low Carb High Protein diet.
It is increasingly being used by some people, but mostly fat people in order to lose some pounds.
So far nobody knows about the long term effect of this diet.
Besides, this diet is for those who don't exercise. I am not saying those people eating this diet is lazy. But with this diet, they just can't exercise. There is nothing for them to burn if they exercise.
So your diet is right is some way, but definitely not for everybody.
