To me, I think Ray's Sushi @ Hayward is the best. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for....their stuff are really fresh and they have this specialty called Tea Pot soup which is really yummy along with their Hawaii Tuna Sashami...but they're always closed on Sunday...

I like Ray's Suishi too.. but most of my friends said their foods are not good.. I really dunno why?
