can it remove partition of a harddisk

yes it can, but you will lost the data on that partition

so if have a 60GB harddiask
partion to c20Gb)   d:40(gb)
after combine
i can get back a 60GB empty harddisk with no data inside?

no, if u want that one 60GB, do it like this, delete the 40GB partition, then expand the C: to 60GB
