i feel so sad... got a fix up ticket.. california is desperate for money.. going around to give ticket... everyone be very careful when out in the street driving~!

wei, i heard that every the end of the month, police will work harder to catch people wor....
my friends told me it's because they don't have enough " quota" of the ticket that's why....

Go to court la. Ask the judge to verify the CHP speed radar reading.
If the officer show up with the radar reading, you are dead, if no radar, you are free.
